Suspension and “RVS-GEL PROFESSIONAL”, which is manufactured on the basis of different oils, depends upon its designation.
It is intended for application on different units and mechanisms.


Several categories are produced:

“ÐÂÑ Ï1Ñ*”
— for sliding friction pairs and friction pairs of cogging with slippage
(CPG, hydraulics, reducers, bearings, etc.).

“ÐÂÑ Ï2Ñ*”
— for average loaded friction pairs of cogging and of a rolling motion
(reducers, bearings, etc.).

“ÐÂÑ Ï3Ñ*”
— for open and heavy loaded friction pairs
(reducers, bearings, wheel — rail, etc.).

“ÐÂÑ Ï*Ñ1”
— for mechanisms having great volume of greasing.

“ÐÂÑ Ï*Ñ4”
— for mechanisms having great volume of greasing.

Besides indicated kinds of products ZAO “NPC Ruspromremont” supplies its partners with different raw-materials — “RVS” used to manufacture final products of different designation (among which are gel, spray, oil, grease etc.).

Is the grease for bearings and reducers


“ÐÎÂÅË RVS”
— produced by “Perm Lubricants Plant”, Perm, Russia. Grease on Litol-basis.
(Litol is the grease based on lithium sulphate).
Marking of the grease GOST 23258 — ÌËè 4\12 Ò3 (RU).

It is a change for grease under ÌËè 4\12–3 classification for restoring repair and wear protection of different units and mechanisms.


It is produced in tree types:


“ÐÎÂÅË RVS” L1
— for the units having wear degree up to 10%

“ÐÎÂÅË RVS” L2
— for the units having wear degree up to 50%

“ÐÎÂÅË RVS” L3
— for the units having wear degree up to 80%
